My name is Daria Aster and I am a certified stretching instructor who helps people to achieve their health and fitness goals and be more flexible. I’ve found my calling to help people to improve their flexibility when I witnessed how many of my friends and coworkers experienced heavy back pains that sometimes even lead to the emergency room, when it can be easily prevented if a stretching routine were taken seriously beforehand.
While working as a group instructor for stretching, I met many people with different backgrounds from desk workers to professional dancers, and worked on my exclusive method that combines physical training and stretching.
Whether it’s to increase your range of motion, strengthen your core, improve your body’s mobility, open up stiff joints, or stretch tight muscles, my unique method is the most effective way to help you to achieve your goals. It works for all ages and levels and will help you discover the full potential of your body.

Since each individual body is unique and different, I build a program custom tailored to my client’s needs. You've probably noticed from working in groups that what works for one might not work as well for another. During the first session we will do an assessment of your body’s strengths and weaknesses and create a stretching routine based on that. As we progress with the program, we can focus more on problem areas and build stronger cores to support muscles that are weaker than others. I use different equipment to make each of our training the most effective and fun. We live to have enjoyable moments, and flexibility workouts should be a part of it!
- Work at a desk a lot and experience discomfort and pain from stiff neck and suffering from back pains
- Like being active, going to the gym regularly and bike riding/jogging a lot, but feel your muscles are getting stiff and the lack of motion limits your fitness routine
- Workout a lot and feel that self-stretching is not enough and need to eliminate that tightness in order not to get any injuries
- Love playing tennis, golf or team sports and need to increase the range of motion in order to get a better swing or be the best player on the court
