How It Works
Perfect For Those Who
- Work at a desk a lot and experience discomfort and pain from stiff neck and suffering from back pains
- Like being active, going to the gym regularly and bike riding/jogging a lot, but feel your muscles are getting stiff and the lack of motion limits your fitness routine
- Workout a lot and feel that self-stretching is not enough and need to eliminate that tightness in order not to get any injuries
- Love playing tennis, golf or team sports and need to increase the range of motion in order to get a better swing or be the best player on the court
- Practice yoga but some poses are hard. You are naturally not flexible, and you need guidance in to getting into stretches and poses without hurting yourself
